Jake Villarreal

Chief Executive Officer

Jake is a founding partner and serves as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Jake is actively involved in strategic development for KoreOne's project consulting practice. Prior to joining KoreOne, Jake spent 13 years working in the technology industry, including seven years at Oracle Corporation. With an insider's knowledge of Oracle applications, products and platforms, and a track record of building rewarding relationships across a myriad of industries, Jake has positioned KoreOne to be a leading provider of corporate enterprise wide solutions that help clients improve operational performance and drive business growth. Jake holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from San Diego State University.

Robert Ardell

Managing Partner

Robert is a founding partner and oversees internal hiring, human resources functions and business development for KoreOne. Robert has spent almost 20 years mastering the latest technologies while serving in key IT management positions. His expertise encompasses a wide variety of areas including enterprise software, customer relationship management software, telecommunications, storage architecture, database architecture, Web design and development, banking and financial services software and a host of others. Drawing on his significant IT experience, Robert helps ensure KoreOne’s team is comprised of technology experts and delivers services that enable clients to achieve bottom-line results. Robert graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Steven Quarles

Managing Partner

Steven is a founding partner of KoreOne and serves as one of the companies Managing Partners, providing strategic direction and leadership to the team. A seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience, Steven leverages his extensive business, staffing and technology sector expertise to architect innovative IT consulting services and solutions that help clients achieve key organizational objectives and maintain a competitive advantage. Prior to KoreOne, he served as President of Mortgage Services Unlimited (MSU), an outsourced processing, staffing and payrolling company where he was responsible for providing over-all leadership, vision, and day-to-day operations management. Steven holds a bachelor's degree in communications from San Diego State University.
