Fairfield Residential LLC is a leader in the multifamily home industry and has consistently ranked among the largest multifamily home developers, builders and redevelopers nationwide. As a privately held, fully integrated, real estate operating company, Fairfield provides acquisition, construction, development, redevelopment, property management, and asset management services to its clients. Fairfield's property management operations encompass almost 55,000 apartment homes.

The Challenge
To offer its full range of product offerings and serve a broad, coast-to-coast geographic market, Fairfield Residential has built and maintained a comprehensive technology infrastructure that incorporates a number of industry-specific software applications. Ensuring these mission-critical applications run seamlessly—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—requires the services of hard-to-find product knowledge experts. In 2006, Fairfield began to have difficulty sourcing specialists to implement, maintain and support its customized software. They needed expert talent, and needed it fast.

The Solution
Fairfield turned to KoreOne for staffing assistance when an exhaustive nine-month search for a Yardi support technician yielded no suitable candidates.
